This mod base on idea be able to create jewelry that you can then modify to create a special jewelry that applies a buff/debuff to the wearer.

How to install:
- Download and install Minecraft Forge

- Drag and drop the downloaded jar file into the C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods folder. If one does not exist you can create one
